Information
Arrival: check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Departure: we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:00 am on the date of departure
The amenities included in the price are:
swimming pool in St.Ulrich, one parking lot in the garage for each apartment, linen and towels, dishcloths, final cleaning, electricity, heating, taxes (visitor’s tax and value added tax);
Extras:
Additional bed: 20% discount on the unit price for each person
Children’s bed and highchair: free
additional parking lots are available upon a fee of 9,00 Euro/day
compensation of 80 Euro, if the apartment is not left in a clean condition.
Terms of conditions:
To make a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the price/week is mandatory as a confirmation.
Facility for payment: Money order, bank transfer
Final bill: cash, check
Cancellation polocies:
For cancellations, the deposit will not be refunded. In the case of a late arrival or early departure, the booked stay will be charged.
